Coloured Scarves

We love using the Coloured Scarves in our workshops because they are so light and easy to use and experiment with! Throwing and catching scarves will strengthen the hand muscles, improve dexterity and hand-eye coordination. They are also great for those who find catching a challenge because they fall more slowly to the ground.

In this video we will introduce the scarves and show you basic juggling patterns for two and three scarves. You can also try playing around with wearing the scarves in different ways.
