Hats are a lot of fun and can be used really effectively in partner or group work and as a conversation starter. They are a very accessible piece of equipment which can easily be adapted for everyone to use, even for those with low mobility.

In this session we’ll show you how you can balance the hat on different parts of your body such as your fist, elbow or shoulder. This can help with concentration and balancing skills. You can also use the hats to improvise with the group, tipping your hat to other people in the session. Once you feel more confident we will teach you a basic hat tumbling trick which will improve your coordination skills.
