Juggling Balls

Juggling Balls are a nice familiar piece of circus equipment that most people will recognise and may have even tried before. They help to improve dexterity and grip strength and throwing and catching the ball will improve focus and reaction times.

This video will show you how to introduce the juggling ball in a group exercise, getting familiar with its texture and how it feels. We will show you how to use the juggling ball with a partner to ensure that those with limited movement can take part, and then we will show you some more advanced exercises, working up to a two-ball juggling pattern for those who want to make things more challenging.
